Sophie is an Executive and Leadership Coach with over 14 years of experience across multiple industries. She specialises in 1:1 executive coaching and group workshops, co-developing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Having lived in Brazil, the USA, and the UK, Sophie has held senior management roles in both corporate and non-profit sectors. She partners with organisations to boost retention by empowering talent to enhance confidence and performance.
Sophie holds a BA Hons in Business Studies and is a certified coach (PCC & CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute, recognised by the International Coaching Federation. She is also trained in Organisation and Relationship System Coaching and is a Licensed Quantum Endeavours Inpowered Corporate Coach.
