Sophie is an executive & leadership coach who has worked across multiple industries. Her expertise includes 1:1 executive coaching, and group workshops. Her preferred approach is to co-develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Having lived in Brazil, USA, and UK with over 14 years’ experience including senior management roles in corporates and non-profits, Sophie partners with organisations to boost retention by empowering talent to increase their confidence and performance.
Spending over 14 years in corporate and non- profit sectors, Sophie has gained an understanding of the opportunities and challenges people face in the private, public and third sectors.
Sophie holds a BA Hons in Business Studies. She is a certified coach (PCC & CPCC), trained through the Co-Active Training Institute and widely recognised by the International Coaching Federation as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. She has also trained in Organisation and Relationship System Coaching and is a Licensed Quantum Endeavours Inpowered Corporate Coach.
