Dr. Sally Bonneywell
Sally is an Executive Coach and Consultant with extensive experience in leadership development and systemic challenges.
Sally is the Lead Coach on the IMD Executive MBA Programme in Lausanne, Switzerland, and regularly speaks at global conferences. She has worked across various sectors, including telecoms, financial services, consumer, utilities, oil and gas, military, pharmaceuticals, and education.
Sally previously founded and led the Coaching Centre of Excellence at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). There, she developed the global coaching strategy, leading a large internal and external coaching team. Her “Accelerating Difference” initiative was lauded for advancing female leaders, earning GSK the ICF International Prism Award and her recognition as Internal Coaching Person of the Year.
Sally holds a Doctorate in Coaching from Oxford Brookes University, an MBA, and a degree in Psychology & Anthropology. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, an Ashridge-accredited Supervisor, and holds an NTL Organisation Development Certificate.
