Pilar Carbonell

Pilar has spent most of her career at a global leadership consultancy based in London and Madrid, specialising in leadership strategy, executive assessment, executive coaching, identification of potential, leadership development, and partnering executives in global multinationals. She brings and combines global benchmarks and an understanding of best practices with an in-depth psychological perspective. She has worked across multiple industry sectors and organisations.

Pilar holds a degree from St Andrew’s University in Psychology & Management, and Masters from the Universities of Paris & Barcelona in Work, Organisational and Personnel Psychology. She is an ICF certified executive coach, trained in Systemic Team Coaching and Facilitation and is qualified to administer a broad range of ability and personality psychometrics. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English and speaks conversational French.
