Neel empowers senior leaders to excel in an age of complexity and perpetual transition.
Working at the intersection of change, leadership, and design thinking, Neel works with executives from the world’s top organisations through executive coaching and the design and facilitation of development programs.
Since pivoting to executive development in 2015, he has worked with leaders across sectors including professional services, technology, energy, FMCG, and healthcare. Prior to 2015, he held leadership roles at BP, KPMG, Unilever, Goldman Sachs, and DE Shaw & Co. Neel’s international experience spans the UK, Switzerland, India, Angola, Brazil, China, South Africa, Germany, Japan, USA, Canada, Spain, Italy and Netherlands.
He is a CSA-accredited coaching supervisor, a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and a qualified accountant (ACCA). Neel holds a 1st class honours degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, has studied design with the Open University, and is accredited in various psychometric tools.
