Emily Covington

Emily is a consulting managing director and coach, specialising in talent, leadership and organisational change.
She works with leaders and teams as they navigate complexity and transformation. As part of her role, she also leads Indigogold’s North American operations.
Emily has worked with Boards and Executive Teams across North America, Europe and Asia, in industries including technology, media, consumer goods, telecom, financial services and professional services.
She is particularly focused on supporting individuals, teams and organisations through transitions, including organisational redesign, M&A, changes in leadership and strategic shifts. From design to delivery, Emily believes in partnering with her clients to understand their specific context and needs in order to have the biggest impact.
Prior to her work with Indigogold, Emily had a successful career with Deloitte, where she advised multinational corporations on matters ranging from organisational change to risk management.
Emily holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Georgetown University. She has an executive coaching certification with the Academy of Executive Coaching and is a licensed practitioner for a range of psychometrics and coaching tools.
