Emily Covington

  • Managing Director.

Emily is a consulting managing director and coach, specialising in talent, leadership and organisational change. 

She works with senior leaders and teams through coaching and facilitation to spark change and improve their effectiveness.  

Emily has coached leaders from the C-suite to rising talent across North America, Europe and Asia.  She is particularly focussed on supporting individuals, teams and organisations through transitions, including organisational redesign, M&A, changes in leadership and strategic shifts.  As a facilitator, Emily delivers team effectiveness, capability building and talent development programmes.  From design to delivery, Emily believes in partnering with her clients to understand their specific context and needs in order to have the biggest impact. 

While with Indigogold, Emily has worked with global organisations across industries including technology, telecom and financial services.  She has recently relocated from London back to the US to lead Indigogold’s US-based operations.   

Prior to joining Indigogold, Emily was a manager with Deloitte, where she had over seven years of experience advising multinational corporations and firms on matters ranging from organisational change to risk management. 


Emily holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Georgetown University.  She has an Executive Coaching certification with the Academy of Executive Coaching and is also a licensed practitioner for psychometric testing and analysis.
