Christian is a Leadership and Organisational Development specialist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organisations unlock performance. He started his career at Lane4, developing deep expertise in team dynamics, culture, and high-performance coaching. After over a decade there, he moved to Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?, where he honed a sharp, results-driven approach to Leadership Development.
At ig, Christian leads with a combination of rigour, insight, and relentless focus on impact. He thrives on working closely with senior leadership teams to embed meaningful, long-term change. A natural collaborator and sharp facilitator, he balances strategic oversight with a deep passion for the craft of Leadership Development.
Outside work, Christian is a devoted dad and a lifelong sports enthusiast. He holds a degree in Psychology from Brunel University and a Master’s in Performance Psychology from the University of Edinburgh.
