Anna Springett
Anna is a Chartered Occupational and Coaching Psychologist with over 20 years of consulting experience. She is a seasoned coach and facilitator, working with leaders at all levels, from C-Suite to front-line staff.
Specialising in executive coaching, leadership development, and team interventions, Anna partners with organisations to achieve people and performance goals, ensuring a strong return on investment.
Anna began her career in financial services before transitioning to consulting roles at Thomson DBM and Kaisen Consulting (now part of Deloitte). She has diverse, cross-industry experience, including telecoms, media, sports, finance, engineering, and healthcare.
Anna holds dual Chartered status with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the European Federation of Psychologists Associations (EFPA). She is also an Associate Fellow of the BPS, an EMCC Master Practitioner coach, and holds a First Class BA (Hons) degree from Queen’s University of Belfast.
