Ann Pickering
Ann Pickering is a Strategic Advisor at ig, where she partners with clients on team-based, programmatic, and individual coaching initiatives.
Formerly, Ann served as Chief HR Officer and Chief of Staff at Telefónica O2 UK, where she was also a member of the UK Executive Team and the Global HR Executive Team.
Ann has extensive coaching experience, having trained at the Henley Executive Coaching programme, and has held senior HR roles at Xansa PLC, Fidelity Investments, and Marks & Spencer PLC.
Recognised as one of the HERoes global top 50 Women Role Models in 2019, she was also named the UK’s Most Influential HR Director in 2018. Ann is a trustee of Breast Cancer Now and Step Up To Serve, and a visiting professor at Sheffield University Management School. Ann is also a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development and holds a Degree in English from the University of London.
