The client
Novartis is a leading global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Switzerland, employing 135,000 people across more than 150 countries.
The brief
Novartis sought to enhance the leadership potential of its high-potential female managers as part of its Executive Female Leadership Program. The aim was to support these women in overcoming both internal and external barriers to reaching top leadership positions, while ensuring they could remain authentic to themselves.
What we did
Individual coaching
ig coaches delivered personalised coaching as a core part of the Executive Female Leadership Program, focusing on helping participants develop self-awareness and leadership confidence.
Leadership development
We worked with the women to identify their unique strengths and align them with leadership expectations while remaining true to their values and natural behaviours.
Building self-insight
Through coaching, participants gained valuable insights into how they were perceived by their colleagues and how to leverage this understanding to be more effective within their organisational culture.
The results
1.
Participants felt better prepared for leadership roles, with increased confidence in their strengths and capabilities.
2.
They learned how to navigate leadership cultures without compromising their authenticity.
3.
The program helped them become more aware of how to use their natural talents to lead effectively.
What our client had to say
I am now far more able to see my way forward, and a lot more aware of my own strengths and capabilities.
