Pilar is a multilingual leadership expert and business psychologist with extensive experience working with executives across the talent lifecycle.
Based in Mallorca, Pilar is passionate about fostering sustainable growth for individuals, teams, and organisations from a systemic perspective.
She has spent much of her career at a global leadership consultancy in London and Madrid, specialising in leadership strategy, executive assessment, coaching, and development. Pilar combines global benchmarks with deep psychological insight, working across various industries and multinational organisations.
Pilar holds a degree in Psychology & Management from St. Andrew’s University and Master’s degrees in Work, Organisational, and Personnel Psychology from the Universities of Paris and Barcelona. She is an ICF-certified executive coach, trained in Systemic Team Coaching and Facilitation, and qualified in a wide range of psychometrics. Pilar is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and conversant in French.
