One of their key leaders, Peter Terry-Brown, was appointed as the Unified Communications and Connectivity Director, responsible for a multi-billion dollar business with global responsibilities.
The brief
Peter Terry-Brown’s appointment to the Leadership Team within Vodafone Business was a pivotal moment. To ensure he transitioned smoothly and effectively into his new role, Vodafone Business commissioned ig to provide leadership transition coaching.
The goal was to offer Peter individualized and independent advice and support, enhancing both what he led and how he led during this critical transition period.
What we did
ig embarked on a nine-month coaching journey with Peter, focusing on key areas to elevate his leadership capabilities:
