Neel has significant experience of coaching across professional services, global pharma, FMCG, strategic design, the UN system and the UK NHS. He has designed and led multiple workshops for major global organisations focusing on leadership skills/behaviours (at a variety of levels), culture change and digital transformation.
Neel provides individual coaching, team coaching and leads a wide range of leadership development programmes for senior leaders within the UK and internationally. He has significant experience in building creative learning environments, methods and processes that enable deep change at the individual and group level.
Prior to his consulting career, Neel worked for Unilever, Goldman Sachs and DE Shaw & Co. He has also worked internationally across a variety of cultures and countries including UK, Switzerland, India, Angola, Brazil, China, South Africa, Germany, Japan, USA, Canada, Spain, Italy and Netherlands.
Neel graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a 1st class honors degree in Economics. He is also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), currently holding the Senior Practitioner Level credential. Neel is certified to deliver the following assessments: Hogan, Firo-B, Workplace Big 5, Influencing Styles Indicator and the ACW 360. He was trained in innovation techniques by ?WhatIf! and studied design with the Open University in the UK.
