Anna Springett

Anna is a Chartered Occupational and Coaching Psychologist with over 20 years of consulting experience. Anna is an experienced coach and facilitator, working with leaders and teams at all levels, from C-Suite and Board directors to front line staff.
Anna specialises in executive coaching, leadership development, and bespoke team interventions. Anna loves to partner with organisations to meet their people and performance outcomes, cocreating and co-facilitating where possible to build a strong joined-up message with maximum return on investment. Anna has international, cross-industry experience with recent and current clients in telecoms, media and technology, sports, financial services, engineering, energy, manufacturing, education, and health and social care.
She started her career in financial services, working in customer services, product management, communications, and human resources. From here she moved into consulting, first with Thomson DBM (outplacement), and then with Kaisen Consulting (now part of Deloitte).
Anna is Chartered both as an Occupational Psychologist and a Coaching Psychologist (the British Psychological Society, BPS), and is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the European Federation of Psychologists Associations (EFPA). She is an Associate Fellow of the BPS, an EMCC Master Practitioner coach, and an EMCC Team Coach Practitioner. She also has a First Class BA (Hons) degree from the Queen’s University of Belfast and is accredited in numerous psychometric tools.
