New York, NY. September 16, 2021. Indigogold (IG), a boutique management consulting firm specializing in talent and leadership, has opened an office in the U.S. The firm’s first office to be located outside the U.K. is led by Managing Director Emily Covington.
IG operates at the intersection of psychology and leadership, consulting to large multinational and privately held clients in a range of industries, including telecom and consumer. The U.S. arm of IG supports individuals, teams and organizations through organizational redesign, changes in leadership, strategic shifts and other transitions. The firm also provides facilitation to enhance team effectiveness, capability building and talent development programs.

About Emily Covington
Emily Covington, Managing Director of Indigogold, works with senior leaders and teams through coaching and facilitation. A specialist in talent, leadership and organizational change, she has coached leaders from the C-suite to rising talent across North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining IG in 2019, Covington was a manager with Deloitte, for whom she advised multinational corporations and firms on matters ranging from organizational change to risk management. She earned her MSc. in organizational and social psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and her BA in economics from Georgetown University.
