Mike specialises in selection, competencies, development, coaching and training.
He has a background as a consultant in organisational psychology and has worked with public sector bodies such as the Home Office, and for UK and international companies including Laing O’Rourke, M&G and BAA.
He has also directed a London-based boutique consultancy, and held a senior management development role at Pearl Assurance.
Mike holds a BSc in Experimental Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He is a chartered psychologist and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
