Daniel founded Indigogold in 2012, having previously worked in consulting for more than a decade.

Daniel’s role at IG is to lead both the team and client projects. He specialises in executive and top team coaching as well as leading group learning experiences for clients. 

Daniel is an occupational psychologist and executive coach. He holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a Tavistock Institute-trained executive coach. He is licensed by both the EMCC and the British Psychological Society.

Beyond work, Daniel is married and has three sons.
