Dan Vacassin
Daniel is a Business Psychologist. He founded ig in 2012 after a decade in consulting. He is a qualified Executive and Team Coach and works across the full talent cycle – from assessment and leadership due diligence through to performance and leadership development.
Daniel has coached Boards and Executive Teams across a wide range of organisations, including Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, as well as Private Equity-backed businesses. His work is global, with extensive experience across Europe, the US, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
Beyond work, Daniel has three sons. He is an adventurer and recently rowed the Atlantic in 2023. He holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, is trained by the Tavistock Institute and Ashridge, and is licensed by the EMCC and the British Psychological Society.
